Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the above named position that has arisen at FBC Health, Harare Office.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Scanning the market and identifying opportunities therein through market intelligence and using contact network.
Liaising with key stakeholders from other SBUs to facilitate cross selling on major clients.
Creating a network of sales agents on a commission basis to chase the opportunities in the market.
Managing the sales agents – contracting, compliance, remuneration and target setting.
Closing sales deals to positively impact the numbers in the FBC Health portfolio in liaison with the Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager.

Adhering to correct on-boarding procedures in liaison with the membership and administration team.
Introducing and initiating the relevant contacts for Key Account Manager, after successful closure of deals, to trigger after
sales service.
Maintaining proper records pertaining to all activities for purposes of review and assessment of rate of conversion by the agents.
Providing pertinent and practical feedback on the dynamics prevalent in the market to assist in product design.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Business related degree
• Professional qualification in sales preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in selling financial services products
