A growing company is looking for Five (5) freelancing Sales Negotiators from February 2022
Duties And Responsibilities
The major accountabilities and responsibilities of the incumbent are, and not limited to
1. Act as intermediary between sellers and buyers.
2. Sourcing mandates for property sales.
3. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
4. Display and market real property to possible buyers.
5. Sourcing for property buyers and maintaining a buyer’s database.
6. Making appointments and showing buyers around the property.
7. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
Qualifications And Experience
Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing and at least two years experience in Real Estate property sales
