Sales & Marketing Representatives (Various Territories)
Job Summary
We’re looking for dynamic Sales & Marketing Representatives to drive growth of our beverage brands across Zimbabwe, engaging customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
– Sales Achievement: Meet/exceed sales targets for assigned territories/products.
– Customer Relationship Management: Build strong retailer/distributor relationships.
– Marketing Execution: Implement local marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
– Market Insights: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity.
– Promotions: Execute in-market promotions and sampling activities.
– Reporting: Regular sales and activity reports.
Requirements
– Experience: 2+ years sales/marketing experience, FMCG experience advantageous.
– Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Drive: Results-oriented with good market understanding.
– Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
