Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in beverage sales and marketing, driving brand growth, expanding market reach, and fostering strong customer relationships across Zimbabwe’s beverage market.

Key Responsibilities

– Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned territories/products within Zimbabwe’s beverage market.
– Brand Promotion: Execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and consumer preference for our beverage portfolio.
– Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key accounts including distributors, retailers, and outlets.
– Market Insights: Provide actionable feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences in Zimbabwe.
– Route-to-Market Execution: Optimize distribution and sales strategies for beverages across various channels.
– Promotional Activities: Plan and execute in-market promotions, sampling, and activations for beverage brands.
– Reporting & Forecasting: Regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
– Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, finance) for business optimization.

Major Requirements

– Experience in Beverage Sales & Marketing: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the beverage industry, with a proven track record of achievement.
– Knowledge of Zimbabwean Market: Understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and trade channels beneficial.
– Skills:
– Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
– Marketing acumen with experience in brand promotion.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Analytical skills for market insights.
– Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field advantageous.
– Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within Zimbabwe for sales and marketing activities.
