Pelcravia Enterprises P/L t/a Star International a Company in the Transport and Logistics Sector
seeks suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacancy which has arisen
within our organization:

Duties
 Carry out market research and identify possible markets suitable for the organization.
 Approach potential customers physically, digitally, or via the telephone offering them our
services.
 Manage the proactive customer care processes
 Provide sales quotes on new business enquires on a day-to-day basis.
 Follow up on issued quotes until orders are obtained.
 Follow up with operations daily on obtained business to ensure that customer timelines are
being met.
 In case of load, delays keep the clients well informed before complaints.
 Prepare weekly sales report by Monday of the following week.
 Prepare the Monthly sales report by the 5th of the following month.

Qualifications and Experience
 Degree in Marketing.
 A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the transportation and logistics
industry are required.
 Hands-on experience using Pastel.
 Proficiency in Ms. Excel is required.
