Compulink Systems (Private) Limited, a privately owned information communication technology company headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe, is looking to add to their professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue and gross profit targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and email marketing
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in the ICT sector
• Organize and participate in tech expos, product launches, and industry events
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable revenue growth
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market analysis reports

Qualifications

• Degree in Sales and Marketing (2.1 Degree Class or better)
• Cisco, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell EMC, IBM, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Microsoft, or other ICT OEM Sales Certifications
• Professional qualification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage

Skills

• Self-motivated and eager to continuously learn and certify in new technologies
• Strong knowledge of ICT products, solutions, and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Odoo) and presentation tools

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Applicants with experience in ICT will have an added advantage
