Knowledge of the following market segments: Mining, Hard-wares, construction, transport (Rail Infrastructure) and general engineering industry.
A wide knowledge of local & regional markets.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills with ability to lead & motivate the sales team towards set targets.
Duties And Responsibilities
Meeting set sales monthly targets.
Prospecting for new business and expanding on existing business.
Ensure that efficient and appropriate customer service standards are maintained.
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience at managerial level and exposure in sales of bolts, nuts, nails, mining roof bolts, engineering spares and related products.
Sales & Marketing Diploma /Degree/IMM or equivalent from a recognised institution.
Clean class 4 driver’s licence
A technical qualification will be an added advantage.
