Duties And Responsibilities
Key Duties
Meeting set sales monthly targets. Prospecting for new business and expanding on existing business. Ensure that efficient and appropriate customer service standards are maintained.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
Sales & Marketing Degree/1MM or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-year, experience at managerial level and exposure in sales of bolts, nuts, nails, mining roof bolts, engineering spares and related products.
• Honest and reliable with good moral values and behavior.
• Knowledge of the following market segments: Mining, Hard-wares, construction, transport (Rail Infrastructure) and general engineering industry.
• A wide knowledge of loc., regional markets.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills with ability to lead & motivate the sales team towards set targets.
• Clean class 4 driver’s licence . Knowledge of pastel will be an added advantage.
