Person Specification
The ideal applicant must have at least five (5) O’ level passes including English Language and Mathematics and an undergraduate degree in marketing or equivalent from a recognized institution and a minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing environment and a minimum of one year experience in a sales environment. The applicant should have basic mathematics skills, excellent customer service skills, and excellent communication.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media.
Negotiating with leads to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value.
Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time.
Understanding the prospective needs, problems, or wants and recommending the right products and services
Planning of advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services.
Coordinating with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Preparing and presenting reports when needed.
Performing any other duty as assigned by the Sales/Marketing Officer
