Location: Mutare, Gweru, Masvingo

JOB OVERVIEW

Our client, a leading company in the Construction and Renewable Energy sector, is seeking experienced Sales Managers with a micro-finance / credit sales background to drive credit-based sales and expand market presence in Mutare, Gweru and Masvingo.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute market-driven strategies to boost credit sales.

2. Lead and execute all marketing campaigns for credit-based products.

3. Recruit, train, and manage credit sales agents to achieve targets.

4. Build and manage strategic partnerships with institutions and corporate clients.

5. Handle customer enquiries and close sales through calls and digital channels.

6. Prepare and submit monthly sales, marketing, and customer feedback reports.

7. Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong microfinance or credit sales background (highly preferred).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing.

• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage sales agents.

• Strong negotiation, relationship management skills

• Ability to analyse markets and prepare sales reports.
