Job Description
• We are looking for motivated Sales Managers to lead our sales team and help us achieve our revenue goals. The roles involve creating sales plans, managing a team, and building strong customer relationships
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
– Lead and motivate the sales team to perform their best.
– Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
– Build and maintain good relationships with key clients.
– Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
– Work with other teams to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– 4+ years of sales experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
Added advantage:
– Experience in a leadership role in Sales.
– Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) .
