Job Summary
Applicants are invited to fill in the above mentioned vacant positions that have arisen in our General Insurance Division: Bulawayo, Hwange, Midlands, Masvingo
Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the SBU Head, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing new business, preparing and issuing quotes to grow the company’s premium base
- Client retention and customer relationship management
- Upselling and cross-selling insurance products
- Policy creation and issuing in accordance with specifications and/or effecting amendments according to client needs
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their required needs
- Timeous processing of entries into relevant systems and ensuring the accuracy of data in relation to both underwriting and aggregate exposures
Qualifications And Experience
- A Degree in Risk Management and Insurance/ Business Management or Marketing
- Ability to maintain good relationships with strategic partners
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position
- Good record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of Pure Sirus, Icecash and Zinara system is an added advantage
- Strong morale standing
- Excellent selling skills
- Be an articulate and effective communicator across all levels of business
- Goal-orientated and dependable
- Strong analytics skills with the ability to take proactive steps in resolving queries
