• A Degree or Diploma in Sales/ Market,
• 3 years work experience in Sales, Marketing or Events planning
• Customer service oriented with experience working in multicultural work environments
• Experience working with Hotel property management system is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills—both oral and written
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Highly organised with good analytical skills especially in revenue Management
• Well groomed, smart, and presentable at all times
