Duties And Responsibilities
• Provides Online Solutions consultancy services and be the trusted advisor for the organization’s clients.
• Pre-sales, cross-sells, and up-sells to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop new business, cold calling, and leads generation and qualification.
• Attends to Online Solutions walk-in clients.
• Maintain customer database in CRM and effectively manage client relationships
• Achieves agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Contributes to the preparation of marketing events, creating networking opportunities, and other product evangelism initiatives.
Qualifications And Experience
• A Diploma/ Degree/ Professional Qualification in Marketing from a recognized Institution
• Previous work experience of at least 3 to 5years in the services Industry or ICT Industry, in a marketing-related role, would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, persuasive, and interpersonal skills.
