Job Description
We are looking for ambitious and energetic Sales Consultants to drive sales for M&J’s services, including sales consultancy and software solutions. This role is ideal for young, passionate individuals who are hungry to grow in sales and are willing to learn and work hard. No degree is required — we value skills, attitude, and results.

Key Responsibilities
-Prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads.

-Present and sell M&J’s services to new and existing customers.

-Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.

-Follow up on leads, quotations, and client queries.

-Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

-Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

-Attend sales training and regular team meetings.

-Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
