Working closely with customers to promote the company’s products and drive sales.
Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide product knowledge
Follow and achieve department’s sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Go the extra mile to drive sales
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Comply with inventory control procedures
Qualifications And Experience
Basic understanding of sales principles and practices
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics
Must be computer literate
Familiarity with inventory control procedures
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Must be ready to travel
A Sales and Marketing qualification or experience in a related field would be a plus
