Duties And Responsibilities
Getting accurate, real-time visibility of team performance.
Comparing individual performances within a sales team.
Better forecasting of the business and ideas on how to penetrate new markets.
Creating, communicating, and compensating understandable goals that feed the Handling the organization’s business objectives.
Handling the organization’s business development
Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools.
Client/customer interface ( acquisition and management)
Qualifications And Experience
A minimum of a Business Management/ Marketing or any related degree
A minimum of 4 years experience in a banking/microfinance sector
A clean driver’s license
