Job Description
Looking for mature, qualified and experienced sales people. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling oils and lubricants to customers in Filabusi and surrounding areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets within a given time frame.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing and contract terms.
6. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
7. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor’s products or services.
9. Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing and customer support, to maximize sales efforts.
10. Participate in sales meetings and give updates.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Relevant qualifications
2. Clean class 4 Drivers License
3. Basic knowledge of oils and lubricants.
4. Proven work experience as a salesperson or in a similar sales role.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
7. Self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to achieve results.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products, industries, or markets.
10. Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
