Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs and provide solutions to their challenges.
- Assess competition pricing and product offering to maximise selling prices and profitability.
- Monitor changes and opportunities in the market to grow sales.
- Balance rate of sales on different product lines to ensure no build-ups from production.
- Present weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performances to management and stakeholders.
- Implement and manage the selling strategies
- Maintain an up-to-date order book visually available for all.
- Implement training programs for all subordinates and inductees in the business in order to align with company culture and performance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent from a reputable institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least two (2) years of relevant practical experience
- Experience with social media and digital marketing tools
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
