Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs and provide solutions to their challenges.
  • Assess competition pricing and product offering to maximise selling prices and profitability.
  • Monitor changes and opportunities in the market to grow sales.
  • Balance rate of sales on different product lines to ensure no build-ups from production.
  • Present weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performances to management and stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage the selling strategies
  • Maintain an up-to-date order book visually available for all.
  • Implement training programs for all subordinates and inductees in the business in order to align with company culture and performance.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent from a reputable institution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least two (2) years of relevant practical experience
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing tools
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
