Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Collaborating with the marketing department ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and achieves sales deadlines.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business management
• 3 Years of experience in the same field
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Class 4 driver’s License
