A construction company based in Harare is urgently looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer who
is ready to start work immediately.

JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Description

 Ensure that monthly individual targets are met
 Prepare quotations and related information to present customer with the goal of creating a sale
 Meeting with clients and working collaboratively to determine the design goals
 Assist in conducting campaign management for marketing initiatives of aluminium windows,
doors, kitchens, office partitions etc.
 Specifying a company’s target audience based on the market research
 Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients
 Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, attending trade shows and networking
 Produce a weekly sales report
 Stay updated on industry trends, new construction technologies, and competitor activities.
 Continuously improve your knowledge of the aluminium and joinery department to better
understand customer needs and identify opportunities for business growth.
 Perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors.

Qualifications & Experience

 A degree in sales and marketing
 A minimum of three years field experience preferably in the Aluminium and Joinery industry
 A clean class 4 driver’s license
