Job Summary
We are looking for Sales and Marketing Representative

Duties And Responsibilities
• Map potential customers and competitors for the product.
• Promote initial follow ups for sales prospects of the products.
• Co-ordinate with the marketing, sales, production and administration departments.
• Develop procedures for E-Marketing and Internet advertising and all other forms of sales and marketing.
• Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
• Assist with implementation of marketing programs.

• Manage logistics of customer visits and assist with all aspects of events and trade shows.
• Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedules to build on existing and potential sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with at least 2 years experience in selling corporate gifts.
– Experience or interest in media, internet and publishing software.
• Proven ability to write marketing material including web content (provide samples).
• Exceptional Microsoft Office skills – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to follow detailed directions on certain projects balanced with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision on other projects.
• A valid driver’s licence is a must.
