VACANCY ALERT – SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
(Fixed Contract)
An emerging Toilet Rolls manufacturing organisation is looking for a vibrant Sales and Marketing
Executive. The primary role of the candidate is to ensure customer needs and sales targets are met
through effective coordination of the organisations sales activities and strategies. The role also
involves a lot of travelling outside Harare.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1. Sales and Marketing Degree, Diploma or equivalent
2. At least 2 years working experience in sales and marketing field.
3. Social Media and Digital marketing skills.
4. Excellent oral communication coupled with business etiquette
5. Strong ability to pay attention to detail
6. Knowledge of the industry is an added advantage
7. Driver’s license also an added advantage
KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. Acquiring and retaining customers
2. Attending to day sales enquiries from customers.
3. Identifying potential customers and markets
4. Coordinating with production in terms of product quality and market demands
5. Marketing Company products through the use of Company website, social media
6. Developing and implementing ideas that will help the organization to meet sales’
targets
7. Preparing reports of product performance in the market
8. Ensuring strict adherence to budget
9. Ensuring product visibility in the identified markets
10. Maintaining deep understanding of industry and competitor activities.
NB: Personal presentation is important for this position.
