Duties And Responsibilities
• Meets sales and marketing targets.
• Ensures customer satisfaction.
• Acts as the customer contact touch point.
• Acquires new business by conducting business development activities in line with periodic sales plan.
• Promotes the brand, updates, and maintains social media platforms to generate leads.
• Spearheads the sales administration function with junior stuff reporting to this office.
• Maintains sales records, compiling weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Conducts market intelligence regularly.
• Carries out fleet and driver daily management.
• Provides management with weekly and monthly reports on vehicle status, usage, fuel consumption and servicing.
• Schedules and follows up on servicing of vehicles
• Manages accident reports
Qualifications And Experience
• Degree in Marketing or any equivalent qualification.
• Professional qualification in marketing is an added advantage.
• 3 years’ experience in the Sales and Marketing field with two years in the car rental industry.
• 1 year exposure with digital marketing.
• High command of excel and other Microsoft packages
