DUTIES
Making cold calls to attract potential customers
Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales
Promote and up-sell product to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
Conduct site visits to generate more leads
Visit existing and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments and messages.
Address customer’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively
Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
Provide constructive feedback on sales, customers and product
Conduct price survey

REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
2-3 years’ experience in Sales
