Sales and Admin Executive – ICT Industry
Sales and Admin Executive (ICT Industry, Harare) – A well established ICT Industry is looking for Sales and Admin Executive to join their team with at least minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT. Age between 23 – 35.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing business relationships and securing additional business opportunities from both new and existing clients. The role will be the focal point for new business development and will spear head cross selling across the team. Lead Generation. Telephonically contact prospective clients who have responded to an advertising or direct marketing campaigns. Direct Sales. Contact existing customers and new prospects to attempt to sell our products and services. Order processing. Handle repeat orders of low-value products from existing customers. Call customers to check their details and update contact records. Let customers know about new products or promotions that are relevant to their needs or preferences. Attend meeting, sales events and training’s to keep abreast of the latest developments. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory. Perform timeous billing and accounting activities. Manage Debtors and Creditors using Organizational accounting package. Perform banking activities. Processing of Customer Service Requests and telephone enquiries. Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Data entry and Customer Data base maintenance. Recording and maintaining Sales activities. Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying etc. and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner. Monitoring and maintaining stationary supplies. Maintain and distribute Petty Cash in compliance with set guidelines. Proactively create and develop business opportunities with both new and existing clients in order to generate additional business and to enhance key relationships. Utilize CRM tools in monitoring performance, managing pipeline reports and identifying new business opportunities. Travel to various locations to solidify the relationship. Work effectively with the Team to identify new products and growth opportunities, which will increase profitability. working with the wider business to maximise business potential from each client relationship. Develop and implement standards for ensuring customer satisfaction, dependence, and product/service patronage. Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services. Ensure customers receive value for products purchased by facilitating a consumer-focused organizational structure. Carry out research to discover new techniques for customer relationship management. Develop social media strategies based on continually evolving metrics and client feedback. Create and implement product-marketing campaigns. Measure the conversion rates and other metrics for ongoing campaigns and make adjustments as necessary. Computer confident, proactive and enjoys learning new IT systems, good/ intermediate/ advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. High level communications skills, with evidence of building effective relationships at senior and Board level. Educated to degree level or equivalent. Basic salary Plus Commission on Sales will be offered to the right candidate.
