Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the posts of SALES AGENTS within the Marketing and Sales –Individual Life Department at our branches in Harare, Mutare and Chinhoyi, Life Assurance Limited.
Purpose of the Job
To market, procure and service good quality Life Assurance business
Duties And Responsibilities
The Job Entails:
• Selling Individual Life Insurance products
• After sales customer service to clients
• Scanning the environment for new business opportunities
• Maintaining sound and favorable public relations between the Company and communities served.
Qualifications And Experience
• 5 “O” Levels passes with English and Mathematics/Accounts
• A Degree or Diploma in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
• Aged between 25 and 45 years
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage
• Previous sales experience and own car will be added advantage
Skills Required
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Self motivated with a passion for results
Good planning, organizing and time management skills
Good personal grooming
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy (spreadsheets, word processing and internet navigation)
