SALES AGENTS x 25 (Bindura)
The Job
Reporting to the Sales Managers, the successful candidates will be responsible for :
Business Procurement
- Identify Customers with Medical Aid Needs addressed with products offered by Agrimed
- Ensuring attainment of set sales production targets
- Maintain provision of quality service to customers
- Adhere to the code of conduct
Market Development
- Identify and Penetrate New Markets
- Market intelligence gathering
- Get customer feedback in form of complaints and compliments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 Ordinary Level subjects including English Language
- A long or short term certificate of Proficiency an added advantage
- Results oriented with good self management skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Apply highest standard of personal and professional integrity
