Job Summary
A medical Insurance company is looking for results-driven Sales Agents to be based in Mutare, Bulawayo, , Masvingo, Gweru and Harare who will actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Applicants who reside in the stated locations will be given preference.
Duties And Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Qualifications And Experience
Relevant Qualifications related to sales and insurance
Experience in selling insurance and/or medical insurance products a must
