Bayce Microinsurance is seeking to recruit AGENTS who will be responsible for the recruitment (joining in) of new members to be part of the clientele of the organization. The Agents will be expected to market the organization by speaking positive about the organization and explaining the services offered by the organization and convince different people in different spheres of life to join. The client’s recruitment process will require the Agents to fill in the initial PROPOSAL FORMS and to verify the client’s credentials. The Agents will also be working hand in hand with the Bayce Microinsurance Sales Agents.

•Identify prospective clients in different locations residential and workplaces

•Help prospective clients in the recruitment process by providing information

•Assist clients in the filling up of initial proposal forms which is the binding agreement between clients and BAYCE Microinsurance

•To gather client’s credentials and verify them

•Following up on the already existing clients and to encourage them to pay premiums on time

•Submission of forms to the Head office for capturing

•Be prepared to undergo product knowledge training offered by Bayce Microinsurance

The ideal incumbent should possess the following minimum qualification

•Good Communication skills (written and verbal skills) and interpersonal skills

•Computer literate

•Able to work in different environments and good at multitasking

•Ability to work in teams and groups

•At least 3 0’ levels

•Experience as an AGENT/MARCHANDISER/MARKETER an added advantage.

•Should be at least 18 years of age.
