Job Description
Our client in the technological industry is looking for a motivated and persuasive sales agent to join our team. As a sales agent, your role will involve engaging customers, promoting our products (such as phones, laptops, and TVs), and facilitating sales. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and passion for sales and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell products.
-Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
-Accurately collect and submit customer information and sales documentation.
-Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
-Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer feedback to the supervisor.
-Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Qualifications and Experience
-Must be aged between 18 to 25 years.
-Must be a resident of Bulawayo.
-Strong communication and persuasion skills; must be good at convincing and talking.
-Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
-Self-driven and results-oriented with attention to detail.
-5 O’ levels is an added advantage.
-Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
