Processing payroll and statutory payments, making sure that non- managerial employees receive salaries on time and performing Human Resources administration duties.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Gathers data on staff salaries and benefits from all departments and Depots
- Collates information to create spreadsheet detailing employee monthly payroll input.
- Inputs data into the SFI payroll system accurately & timely in accordance with employee contracts, agreements, policy, taxations & other legislation
- Produces payroll print out for all Non-managerial employees
- Monitors and processes regulatory requirements for payroll
- Keeps track of statutory requirement changes and submissions
- Tracks, and notifies Superiors of upcoming expiration of contracts
- Attends to salary queries.
- Assists in processing of employee hampers
- Coordinates venues, teas and refreshments for all HR activities.
- Raises HR related requisitions.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
- Files HR documents properly
- Any other duties as delegated by the Superior.
Qualifications And Experience
- 5 “O” levels including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
- Diploma or Degree in Payroll Management, Human Resources Management or Psychology an added advantage.
- A Certificate in Paywell or Berlina Payroll is an added advantage.
