KARO
Karo Platinum Private Limited is preparing to commence mining operations on its lease in Ngezi in the coming months. As we move into this exciting phase of development, we are seeking experienced mining professionals with proven expertise in Zimbabwe’s platinum group metals (PGMs) sector. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving operational excellence and will work closely with our mining contractor to optimize production, resource management, and technical integration within a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
SAFETY MANAGER
Design, implement, and continuously enhance a proactive Safety management system for the Karo Platinum Project.

Safety related degree
-
Minimum of ten (10) years safety management experience in large-scale mining or construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record in implementing safety systems during greenfield projects (1,000+ employees).
