ROADS SUPERVISOR
Requirements
- 5 ‘O’ Levels.
- Certificate in Civil Engineering.
- Class 2 Driver’s License
- Defensive Driving Certificate as an added advantage.
- Extensive experience in road maintenance works is a requirement.
- Age 35 years and above
Key Responsibilities
- Implementations of road maintenance work programs (routine and periodic).
- Leading day-to-day maintenance activities in all sections to condition, rehabilitate and bypass.
- Carry out roads condition survey.
- Oversee road repairs on storm drains and roads for the Council.
- Supervises Foremen, teams, Oversee and direct maintenance teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively, leading a directory of all roadwork activities and production of weekly reports.
