Direct the enterprise risk strategy and ERM disciplines across complex business units. You will safeguard the organisation’s objectives by leading a specialist team and providing authoritative guidance to the highest levels of executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the implementation of robust risk frameworks and drive operational results through expert team management.
- Executive Advisory: Monitor and escalate material risks directly to the Managing Director and Group Chief Risk Officer to ensure informed decision-making.
- Enterprise-Wide Guidance: Provide specialist oversight on recovery planning, model risk management, and climate-related risk strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Actuarial Science or related field.
- Professional Qualifications and Certifications in the appropriate fields are an added advantage.
- Experience in risk management and compliance or in related and overlapping fields.
- At least seven (7) years’ experience at the Senior Management or Executive level.
