RISK ANALYST
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the above-mentioned
position in the Enterprise Risk Management Department. The incumbent will report to the Enterprise Risk Manager at Head Office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• A Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Forensic Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• 5 Ordinary Level passes including English Language and Mathematics.
• A postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., IRM, CRM, FRM) will be an advantage.
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in risk management or related fields.
• Proficiency in tools for risk assessment, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office applications.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring enterprise risks across the organisation.
• Support the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
• Perform risk assessments and create risk profiles for different departments and projects.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and track mitigation plans.
• Identifying trends and emerging risks through data analysis and market intelligence
• Communicating findings and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes
• Coordinate the organisation’s insurance portfolio, which includes policy renewals, claims management, and adequacy reviews.
• Provide input on insurance coverage requirements and risk financing strategies.
• Assist in risk reporting and preparation of risk dashboards for management and Board Committees.
• Facilitate risk awareness training and promote a risk-aware culture across the organisation.
• Collaborate with internal audit and other assurance functions to enhance risk controls.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of risk policies and procedures.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Enterprise Risk Manager.
