Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient transfer of products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
- Monitor and report Out-of-Stock (OOS) items to store management and the sales team to enable prompt replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment to support accurate inventory management and easy access.
- Implement shelf layouts in strict alignment with the company’s Planogram to uphold brand standards and visual consistency.
- Install and maintain promotional materials including wobblers, shelf talkers, posters, and floor decals to reinforce in-store marketing initiatives.
- Identify and remove damaged, dented, or leaking products in accordance with store returns and disposal procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of price tags and ensure consistency with current promotions and pricing updates.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, shelf share, product visibility, and operational challenges at store level.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Store Managers and Floor Supervisors to secure optimal shelf placement and support seamless operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor in support of overall store and operational objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels, including English language.
- A Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
- 1-2 years’ experience in FMCG merchandising or retail sales is preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, bending, stretching, and standing throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
