Our client in the FMCG sector is seeking a well-seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must have strong and traceable retail experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. The Restaurant Operations Manager will be part of the company’s leadership team, overseeing operational performance, staff efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure that set operational standards in customer service are met, and that all outlets serve customers consistently and professionally.

Ensure that all staff are smartly and correctly dressed at all times, adhering to rules pertaining to food handling and hygiene.

Verify that standard food preparation procedures are strictly followed to guarantee top-quality food, packed and served in the correct manner.

Monitor manpower levels on each shift, and promptly report any staff shortages or overstaffing issues to the Human Resources department.

Conduct spot checks on staff and hold them accountable for violations of company regulations and standards.
