Job Summary
We are in search of a seasoned restaurant manager to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Make sure that meal is prepared and served to customers in a timely manner.
- Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
- Coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring that kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working as a team.
- Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Qualifications And Experience
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Past experience as a working chef will be an added advantage.
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
