Research & Business Development Graduate Trainee

Zimbabwe Insurance Brokers (ZIB) is inviting applications from high-potential, ambitious, and analytical graduates to join our Research & Business Development Unit under a structured Graduate Trainee Programme. This role provides exposure to market research, strategy execution, business development, data analytics, and product innovation within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research.

• Analyse data and prepare business intelligence reports.

• Support development of new products and services.

• Prepare proposals, tenders, and business pitches.

• Assist with strategy development, dashboards, and performance reporting.

• Maintain competitor, client, and industry databases.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (0-2 years) with a degree in Economics, Business Studies, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or related field.

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; analytical tools an added advantage.

• Passion for strategy, research, and business development.
