Job summary
The research assistant will be responsible for developing proposals and preparing bids. The job description also includes involvement in programme monitoring and evaluation, research (Qualitative and Quantitative research) and report writing for our various clients.
Key duties and responsibilities
Responsible for proposal development, data collection, coding and report writing. Developing MEF, ToC, logic frameworks and administration work assigned by the Senior researcher.
Qualifications
University degree in Social Sciences and any other related field. A technically savvy person who is proficient in excel, google drive, SPSS, nVIVO and other research packages. This is a remote position, which requires a stable internet connection. Interested candidates should be able to work under pressure, with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Good oral and written English is a prerequisite for this position. We encourage women and recent graduates to apply.
