Job Description
Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting for bids from reputable companies, registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
ZSM 206. Special medals (Qty- 62), General medals (Qty – 750) [Samples to be submitted upon submissions];
ZSM 207. Branded tracksuits (Qty – 16), Branded sports t-shirts (Qty – 16), Branded caps (Qty – 16) [Samples to be submitted upon submissions];
ZSM 208. Marathon sleeveless t-shirts (Qty – 122) [Samples to be submitted upon submissions];
ZSM 209. Bus AEZ Asia star 1772, tyres size315/80R 22.5 (Qty – 2);
ZSM 210. AEX 5027 Nissan, tyres 245/70R16 (Qty – 2);
ZSM 211. AEF 5571 Duster {Adjusting hand brake }(Qty – 1);
ZSM 212. Fumigation services for 4 various places at the school (Qty – 4);
ZSM 213. Supply and fit of curtains at the Hostel (Site Visit at ZSM 1000hrs on the 10TH of July 2024.);
Qualifications and Experience
Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
1. Attach copy of tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category)
3. Attach certificate of Incorporation
4. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
5. Delivery period should be stated
6. Payment methods should be indicated
7. Bid validity
8. Quotations valid for 30 days
9. Quotations must be vat inclusive.
NB: Failure to submit the above requirement will lead to disqualification
