About the Role
Pandi Gas is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and reliable Relief Depot Cashier to support financial operations at our Harare depot. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient and compliant handling of all cash transactions while maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures and financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities
•Accurately manage all cash transactions within the depot in accordance with internal controls and policies
•Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures related to cash handling and reconciliation
•Utilize Sage Evolution and Pastel accounting software for transaction processing and financial reporting
•Support the finance team in maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records
•Assist in performing administrative tasks associated with finance and accounting operations

Qualifications and Experience
•A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory)
•Proven proficiency in cash handling, preferably in a retail or depot environment
•Experience with Sage Evolution and Pastel accounting systems is essential
•Prior exposure to the fuel or LPG industry is an added advantage
•Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination across departments
