Relationship Officer
Suitably qualified, experienced and motivated candidates are invited to apply for the position of Relationship Officer
which has arisen within Sales Department.
Duties And Responsibilities
Analysing, identifying and developing business opportunities in line with the key strategic objectives.
Acquisition of new customers and conducts customer visits, calls and outreaches.
Conducts market research and make appropriate recommendations
Nurtures the customer through regular communication and visits.
Supervision of client retention and analysing reports from the customer engagements.
Checks and reviews mandates from Brand Ambassadors for completeness and processing
Receives and reviews funding requests from Brand Ambassadors
Assesses and monitor performance of Brand Ambassadors and make appropriate recommendations to the HOD.
Organizing trainings and mentorship programs for Brand Ambassadors.
Checks and reviews commission payment schedules for approval by the HOD.
