Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with various clients.
- Take the lead in the assessment of prospective credit facility proposals.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Participate in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with various client portfolios.
- Contribute towards the attainment of monthly and yearly assets and liabilities targets.
- Cross sell Bank’s products and services.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Support the analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies.
- Track and report on client portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Possess a degree in Mining/Electrical/Civil/Metallurgical/Chemical/Robotics/Financial Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology or similar from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution. Degree class of 2.1 or better is required.
- Studying towards a professional qualification is a clear advantage.
- Possess at least 1 year experience in the respective technical field.
- Should be technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business development acumen.
- Should have strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Willing to learn and explore emerging business concepts and methodologies.
- Should possess strong self-drive, results oriented and a proven team player.
