REGISTRATION CLERKS X 3
The registration clerk will be based in Karoi and Mvurwi
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
- To capture data and to verify the authenticity of requisite documents;
- To ensure effective monitoring of the movement of files through computer system and manual records;
- To ensure completion of growers’ records in their appropriate files for future reference;
- To ensure verification of growers’ documents to ensure compliance with stipulated conditions;
- To ensure that files are safe and kept in confidentiality;
- To ensure customers are served timely and that their queries are resolved within a reasonable time frame.
- Receiving and receipting of payments

QUALIFICATIONS
- At Least 5 ‘O’ levels including English and Maths with Grade C or better.
- Computer related Certificate/ ICDL
- Certificate/Diploma in Accounting OR studying towards Accounting qualification
- Advanced level will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCES
- 2 year’s relevant working experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
- Ability to work according to strict deadlines
- Ability to use Excel and MS database
- A highly organized, task oriented and analytical character with impeccable interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent report writing skills
