Job Description
We are recruiting a highly motivated and qualified Regional Manager for our branches which fall under the Harare region.
Duties and Responsibilities
To manage and direct daily operations of the Harare Region branches
Preparation and implementation of Regional Business Plans and Budgets
Business Mobilization.
Loans approvals.
Management of Regional assets, their effective use and security.
Monitoring regional staff performance by ensuring that set targets are met.
Ensure that regional Branch PAR is within the desired position of less than 10%.
Check and ensure that branch staffs are complying with financial and non-financial policy and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
Marketing /Business related degree.
Executive Certificate in microfinance.
Masters degree will be an added advantage
At least years experience in a Micro finance environment.
Clean class 4 driver’s licence.
Flexibility to travel to branches located outside Harare
