We are looking for a Regional Field Manager to join a dynamic firm which is into tobacco contracting business. The position is based out of Harare and reports to the Managing Director. The company offers a competitive remuneration package that commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
Duties And Responsibilities
The position is hands on and involves coordination of all tobacco contracting activities which among others include recruitment of tobacco farmers, inputs distribution, field labour optimisation and mobilisation of tobacco intake.
Qualifications And Experience
•Minimum of a Degree in Agriculture / Management / Administration.
•At least 10 years’ experience in Administration of public institutions such as a school, college, or research centre / stations.
•Good analytical and report writing skills.
•Strong capabilities of interacting with people at all levels.
•Clean driver’s licence.
