Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates and screening applications.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings and calls between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with reference checks, offer letters and recruitment documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records.
- Build and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean and advanced searches, professional networks, referrals and targeted outreach.
- Evaluate sourcing channels and their effectiveness.
- Maintain recruitment data in the ATS and use recruitment systems to support workflows, reporting, talent pooling and candidate management.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive recruitment activities and use AI and other digital tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Track recruitment data including pipeline health, source effectiveness, bottlenecks and time-to-hire.
- Maintain recruitment documentation, experiment with different approaches to candidate attraction and contribute to structured and scalable hiring practices.
- Act as a liaison between the recruitment team and other departments and support other reasonable tasks delegated by the Recruitment Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1-5 years of professional experience.
- Passion for LEEP’s mission and excellent recruitment.
- Experience conducting interviews, assessments or structured evaluations is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability or strong interest in proactive candidate sourcing.
- Strong judgement and ability to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Strong organisation, planning and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong digital literacy, including Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Additional languages including French, Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish or Portuguese are advantageous but not required.
